Hello world!

Hi!  My name is Jason Robillard.  I originally wrote this book to help my friends learn some of the tricks and techniques I picked up after using barefoot running as a training tool to run 100 mile ultramarathons.  Over time, I added more content, including some contributions from my barefoot running colleagues.

I really believe my methods can help anyone learn to run barefoot, or run in minimalist shoes like Vibram’s Five Fingers.  You can check out a sample of the book here.  The first 52 pages are available in pdf form completely free!

I use a combination of research, collaboration, and my own experiences to bring the latest methods for making a safe, enjoyable transition to barefoot or minimalist shoe running.
